IF YOU SELECT PREMIUM PLACEMENT WE WILL ASSIGN YOU A HIGH VISIBILITY END BOOTH! IF YOU SELECT THE REGULAR BOOTH WE WILL ASSIGN THE BOOTH FOR YOU. IF YOU HAVE A SPECIAL REQUEST, SUCH AS WHO TO BE NEXT TO, PLEASE NOTE THAT IN YOUR APPLICATION.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY BOOTH?
ONCE YOU HAVE SUBMITTED YOUR APPLICATION AND BEEN APPROVED WE WILL SEND YOU A PAYMENT LINK! THE PAYMENT LINK ACCEPTS CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS ONLY.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A BOOTH?
EACH BOOTH IS 10'X10' AND INCLUDES 4 CHAIRS, 2 TABLES, LINEN, TRASH + ELECTRIC, HAND SANITIZER AND HAND WASHING STATIONS AROUND VENUE. ACCESS TO A PRINTER ALSO AVAILABLE.
HOW MANY ARTISTS CAN BE IN A BOOTH?
WE ASK THAT NO MORE THAN 2 ARTISTS ARE IN EACH BOOTH. YOU CAN ALWAYS RENT MULTIPLE BOOTHS NEXT TO EACH OTHER.
WHERE SHOULD I STAY DOWNTOWN?
THERE ARE 4 HOTELS DOWNTOWN WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF JX VENUE. THERE IS ALSO PUBLIC PARKING JUST ACROSS THE STREET! VISIT DISCOVERSTILLWATER.COM FOR MORE THINGS TO DO + STAY IN STILLWATER.
IS THERE WIFI?

IS THERE FOOD ON SITE?
THERE IS A FULL BAR AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE. WE DO NOT SELL FOOD - PLEASE BRING IN ANY SNACKS YOU'D LIKE!
do i need a health department permit?
VENDORS DO NOT NEED PERMITS BUT ARTISTS DO. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING YOUR HEALTH DEPARTMENT FEES AND HAVING PROPER DOCUMENTATION.
