The Loft at Studio J is booked with a non-refundable deposit of $2,500 and includes a one-hour consultation 45 days prior to your event. Weekday rentals (Monday - Thursday) are $150/hour before 5pm and $250/hour after 5pm with a minimum of three hours.
Main room that accommodates up to 315 people (cocktail-style) 200 people (comfortably seated)
Tables (60" rounds for 8 guests comfortably seated) and chairs for up to 200 guests
Customizable photo booth (including props) and all digital files
Private and lockable Getting Ready Room (upper level “Bride’s Room”), and private "Groom's Room" on lower level
All-day access (1pm-1am – a full 12-hour rental - extra setup time may be added)
Four custom farm tables for head table and buffet (two 8' and two 6' tables)
Unique and historic cash bar including two bartenders with liquor liability insurance (BYOB available Sundays only)
Custom signage, three HD TVs, wireless mics, WiFi, and iPod music plug in

Complimentary 1-hour professional event consultation six weeks prior to event

VIP Experience - $21,000 (save $2,000) - Rental of The Loft and all amenities - adjust if not peak Saturday booking - Full service event planning and day-of service (3 meetings, vendor selection, etc.) - Honeymoon suite for two nights (Local VRBO, Air B&B, Hotel, Bed & Breakfast, or Private Residence) - Thursday rehearsal (2 hours) - $2000 Bar Credit or Hair and Makeup for ten people (Basic makeup-lashes-updo, bride airbrush & style) - Judd Sather Signature Photography and engagement session - Cashmere Collection (top collection) - $2000 à la carte credit (Décor or other amenities - see website for more info) - DJ (From our preferred list) or $2000 Band Credit (Hire your own band) - Limo / Shuttle Service (Up to 5 hours including take home service - Limo, Trolley, or Van)
Room Access: Room access is 1:00pm-1:00am with last call at 11:30pm, last song at midnight, and client walk-out by 1:00am.

Décor: Seating for 200 guests included in room rental with up to 8-10 people per 60” round table (25 tables included), chairs, four 8’ rectangular tables, four 6’ rectangular tables, five built-in high tops and five moveable high-top tables. Deposit: The Loft is booked with a non-refundable deposit of $2500 and includes a one-hour consultation six weeks prior to your event.
Cancellation Policy: The $2500 deposit is non-refundable; over 18 months out = 90% of all other payments, over 12 months out = 50% of all other payments, less than 12 months out = 0% of other payments. Deposit is returned if The Loft is re-booked for equal rental less a $250 admin fee.
Prices are subject to change without notice but locked in when reserved and quotes are good for 30 days from tour. Add 10% to room rental for weekends of Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve. Non-profit rates are 15% off room rental.
One23events charges the following service charges, fees, and taxes at its venues: Room Rental Fee: includes the venue space, tables, chairs, setup, cleanup of venue, and photo booth Venue Service Charge: 18% includes venue staffing, manager time, and is scalable depending on number of guests and services desired. This is why it is not part of room rent. All added subcontractor services are added at venue cost plus service charge (without markup). Sales Tax: 7.125% Liquor Tax: is included in the price of drinks so registers ring whole amounts Loft Catering: 15% for preferred list or flat fee of $1000 for caterer not on preferred list
PREFERRED CATERERS: A 15% surcharge will be added to your estimate with our Preferred Caterers.
OUTSIDE CATERERS: Flat fee of $1000 paid by client directly to The Loft instead of surcharge
We offer a full bar complete with premium and signature cocktail options. Your Bar Manager will work with you to create a custom and fun menu! Hosted bar tabs are paid at the end of the evening as amounts will be based on consumption.
Bar Service Inclusions Beverage Service includes 7 hours of service, 1 bartender for every 100 guests, plastic cups, bar supplies, garnishes and insurance. Bar set up fee: $150 for every 100 guests (Paid in advance upon guest count guarantee), fee is not pro-rated. Hosted bar minimum: $1500 (Friday and Saturday events and Holiday weekends) Bar set up fee and Getting Ready Packages / Upgrades will be applied towards bar minimum Bartender gratuity on hosted items: 18% Outside alcohol is not allowed to be brought in the venue. If it is, you will be charged a $300 corkage fee.

Nacho Bar, $8.95 per person Tri Colored Tortilla Chips served with Nacho Cheese, Salsa and Jalapeños.
Gourmet Popcorn Bar and/or Candy Bar, $8.95 per person - $16 for both Served with 5 varieties of popcorn including Garlic, Ranch, Buttered and Salted, Cheese, and Caramel Corn.
Trail Mix Bar-Build your Own, $9.95 per person A fun interactive late night snack option-Build your own trail mix! Includes mini marshmallows, chex mix, peanuts, mini kit kats, raisins, and pretzel twists.
Sweet and Salty Station, $10.95 per person A variety of fun snack items for the sweet and salty lovers! This station includes beef sticks, powdered doughnut holes, kettle chips, pretzel sticks, buttered popcorn, rice krispie bars and milk with chocolate chips cookies.
