What is SWE? The Stillwater Wedding Experience showcases local wedding vendors for 2025, 2026 and beyond couples! Who attends? Our attendees include our currently booked + prospective clients at JX Venue + Loft 214, as well as engaged couples tying the knot at another local venues! Past years have averaged 175-225 attendees total!
What's included? Each SWE booth includes an 8' table, 2 chairs + floor length white linen. We also include the attendee email list after the event!
What makes SWE special? SWE is a high-energy wedding fair that focuses on couples eager and ready to book local, trusted vendors! Given the more intimate nature of SWE (compared to other wedding fairs), couples spend ample time with each vendor. In fact, attendees are required to speak with each vendor in order to enter the grand prize drawing!
Set Up: Must take place between 9-11am on Sunday, April 13th Tear Down: Must be completed by 4pm on Sunday, April 13th *Please note - electric is limited, please specify below if it is needed*
JX Venue + Loft 214 give away room rental grand prizes, including $2,500 off JX and $1,500 off Loft 214. Feel free to have your own giveaway or drawing at your booth! You will monitor your own drawing and be in charge of contacting the winner.
Cost: $450 for booth + name on promotional materials + attendee list for marketing purposes
