Take part in our annual Winterfest Casserole Cookoff!
Where: JX Venue When: Saturday, February 21st at JX Venue - 5pm Start Time!
Details: Winterfest participants will be able to sample and vote on the best casserole! Prizes for 2026: 1st place: $300, 2nd Place: $200, Crowd Favorite: $100
Important Details: 1) Casserole MUST be prepared in a commercial kitchen. No homemade dishes can be accepted. 2) Please have your casserole pre-made AND covered in a standard rectangular chafing dish 3) You must also provide a covered chafing dish container with sternos. If you cannot provide this please email [email protected] 4) JX will create all signage for casseroles. Please don't brand your casserole (for judging) 5) Don't forget to name your casserole! 6) JX will provide utensils & plates
Please drop off casserole to JX venue on February 21st between 3-4:30pm If you are unable to drop off, please clarify below. A Winterfest volunteer can pick up!

The mission of Winterfest is to engage the Stillwater Area Community in a vast array of events and opportunities in the mid-winter season that enhance local business revenue.
The University of Stillwater is a 501c3 non-profit organization that hosts Winterfest annually along with the support of many local businesses and volunteers. Event-goers are incentivized to compete in fun activities, local shopping, live entertainment and pub and restaurant crawl amongst the camaraderie of the greater Stillwater community. Most events will be free of charge to participate with the help of amazing sponsors.
