EMILY DIRECTOR of events & venue operations EXPERT PLANNER + Expert day of coordinator - WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT YOUR JOB? - I love working with clients, couples and their families from the first tour to their big day. It is so rewarding to be able to plan and implement events, assist with every venue detail and ensure that their vision becomes a reality. For weddings, I still tear up with each walk down the aisle! I also love working with corporate and non-profit organizations as this type of event planning is related to my educational background and previous professional experience. - FUN FACT - I have a PhD in Educational Policy and Administration from the University of MN and worked in college administration for many years prior to joining this awesome team in 2017. - FAVORITE ANIMAL - A gecko - they are colorful but can also blend into their surroundings when needed. Some geckos can even "parachute" fly - leaping up to 200 feet in a single bound (so efficient!). - ANYTHING ELSE?- I was married in Stillwater and live here with my family just a mile from the downtown area. We love this beautiful river town and all that it has to offer! 
CORY photographer + Venue supervisor + Bartender + EXPERT DAY OF COORDINATOR - WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT YOUR JOB? - I love how I'm always doing something different from day to day, whether it be working in the photography studio, shooting a wedding, or bartending a concert, it never gets boring! - FUN FACT - I Hiked the entirety of the Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine in 2024. - FAVORITE ANIMAL - Monkey! 
JEFF Security - WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT YOUR JOB? - Meeting new people and kicking them out at the end of the night, haha! - FUN FACT - I love to garden...flowers, vegetables, and giant pumpkins. - FAVORITE ANIMAL - I am an avid hunter so my Favorite animal would be a mountain lion. They are gifted hunters, patient, and like to hunt alone. - ANYTHING ELSE?- I like to stay busy. I retired from a law enforcement career at the age of 53 and now find myself busier than ever. I have three part time jobs, a love for the outdoors, and I am an admitted sports fanatic.

JUDD chief executive artist photographer - WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT YOUR JOB? - When shooting, I love getting fast, creative shots that wow the clients. I love to pull them away from the party for a breath of fresh air and some much needed time together before they get back to all the talking and fun. At events, I love the dining room reveal and listening to unscripted speeches the most. I love watching our amazing staff and clients celebrate life in the spaces we have worked so hard to create. - FUN FACT - When I play skee ball, I always shoot for the "100". - FAVORITE ANIMAL - A Chameleon, I really wanted a flying chameleon but if we are going fantasy I guess a talking, flying unicorn that can shoot fireworks.. - ANYTHING ELSE?- I used to be a math teacher and baseball/football coach and taught myself photography which led to the multiple wedding and events businesses. I still coach my three sons' sports teams at the high school level, and they help with the venues! 
KALLAN office manager + vendor network + Expert Day of Coordinator - WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT YOUR JOB? - I love the rush of energy that staff and couples get at the beginning of the day! The wedding day is extremely meaningful for the couple and their family, so to be a part of that is very rewarding. - FUN FACT - I used to model, and funny enough have been on the cover of Minnesota Bride a few times! - FAVORITE ANIMAL - Horse! They are eager to please and learn, intuitive, independent, and love being outdoors! Not to mention horses are also my favorite animal. - ANYTHING ELSE? - I love everything about weddings, from the vision to the execution.
