One23 Events is beyond thrilled to offer in-house coordinating services, planning services and full-planning services to our clients. We know the venues that we manage like the back of our hand, and with that, we serve as one of the best resources for our clients when it comes to coordinating and planning! Packages start at $495!

​FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How many hours is the coordinator on site?
With the Event Decorator, Day of Coordinator + Expert Day of Coordinator they will be on site for 8 hours! Added hours available at an hourly rate. Your Expert Planner will be on site for 12 hours should you choose that service! 
Will the coordinator set my decor?
Your Coordinator will set any decor you provide, within reason. Your coordinator will set decor such as guest book, table numbers, signage, place cards, dessert stands, etc! It is the responsibility of other hired vendors (such as florist, catering, etc). to set and tear down their own items. Please ask if you have questions on what your coordinator will assist in setting up! Please have your items prepped as best as possible (for example place cards already in alphabetical order, any DIY floral pieces already arranged, etc!). 

Please note that only Expert Planning includes tear down service. 

Decor that your coordinator would love to assist with! We also love specific instructions and will discuss that on the call with you! 

-Place cards, memory table, signage, photos, table numbers, candles, programs
-Move decor between ceremony and reception
-Light candles
-Setting pre-made centerpieces and decor

Due to time constraints, the following services are outside of the scope of our Coordinator services - 

-Creating floral arrangements for centerpieces
-Creating floral arrangements for the arbor (we will affix pre-assembled arrangements)
-Unloading or loading personal decor from vehicles
-Placing chair covers or sashes on all chairs
-Setting up outside company rental items

Note: Any rental tableware, such as chargers, floor length linen, goblets, etc. should be coordinated with your catering manager! 
when do i get assigned a coordinator?
You will be assigned a Coordinator after your Details Meeting (usually 4-6 weeks out) and will be connected with them via email. We recommend setting up a phone call to discuss timeline and decor prior! Should you choose the Expert Planning service, then your Expert Planner will be assigned immediately and set up your initial meeting! 
Will my coordinator manage the ceremony?
Yes! Your coordinator will manage your on-site ceremony. This includes lining up and cueing the wedding party, working with the DJ/musician for song changes, setting up the unity ceremony, being the point of contact for the officiant, etc. Please note that our in-house coordinators do not travel off-site. If you have an off-site ceremony please note that our coordinator will remain at the venue to handle logistics on-site! 
WILL THERE BE 1 OR 2 COORDINATORS?
Your Event Decorator or Day of Coordinator does not include an assistant. The Event Lead that is included in your rental is hired to take on the additional role of Decorator/Coordinator.

Your Expert Coordinator or Expert Planner will have an assistant on site day of that helps with decor setup, guest questions and Event Lead tasks!
