At One23 Events, our rentals are typically 12 hours. Most of the time people choose to do their rental time from 1:00pm to 1:00am, or noon to midnight. Usually, the last song is an hour before the rental time ends. This lets everyone have enough time to move everything out of the venue without being charged for extra time. We also recommend that the last call is a half hour before the last song, so everyone has a warning that the bar will be closing!  ​
